OUR DIFFERENCE
BILINGUAL EDUCATION
In a global world, the ability to communicate in different languages is vital. This is why we split our curriculum, so that students spend half their time learning in French, and the other half in English.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
The nature of work is rapidly evolving. We emphasize problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal abilities to give students a strong foundation for the future.
PERSONALIZED ATTENTION
One size doesn't fit all. Our small class sizes mean that students receive more one-on-one coaching and feedback, and teachers are able to tailor their approach to suit your child's individual learning style.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
École la Nouvelle Vague is committed to helping students learn, develop and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We encourage all students to take a hands-on approach to their education in order to reach their full potential. Children learn a sense of responsibility, autonomy, and openness to different perspectives - all while acquiring the skills they need to approach the future with confidence.
We have the privilege of teaching bright and curious students from Montreal and the surrounding areas. If you’re new to our community and would like to learn more about our values, academics, teaching staff or anything else, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
OUR SCHOOL
In the Heart of Griffintown
Located on the old site of the Ste-Hélène Presbytery, this centennial building was lovingly restored in 2018 to preserve its heritage while adapting it into an open and modern learning environment.

OUR ACTIVITIES
SPORTS PARTNERSHIPS
We know how important exercise is to a healthy lifestyle, helpting to improve focus and attention in kids. We've partnered with sports facilities around Griffintown to offer students swimming, gymnastics, and ice hockey classes several times a week

LOCAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
To foster a sense of community, entrepreneurship, and openness to the world in our students, we schedule frequent outings to visit local businesses and artisans in our neighbourhood. Previous visits have included bakeries, glass blowing, and fire stations.
SPECIAL EVENTS
We believe it's important to recognize milestones as a community, which is why we invite parents to celebrate special occasions at the school, including Christmas concerts, end-of-year graduations, and our annual International Day.
